We currently accept payments from the following AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Once an order has been paid for, processing is then in motion and therefore can not be cancelled. We do not except cancellations.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not except cancellations.
In the unlikely event your order arrives in damaged condition, please inform us by email within 24 hours including photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
Items most be returned back within14 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Costumers are responsible for return shipping cost.
If a refund is desired in this scenario, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the cost of shipping will be recovered by the studio.

Shehu Belo Studio, is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by costumers.
If you require a change of address for a product delivery, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirection of the product.
Please inform us by our contact address on our page within 24 hours.

The estimated delivery time for UK and International orders is 4 to 6 weeks.
However, we strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
