Liabilities

Once the Product is delivered in the possession of collectors, we are no longer responsible for thus items, we are not in any way obligated to refund, exchange, replace or compensate for any damages of products that have been damaged, mishandling by customers. Such as, finger prints smudging, smudging of any kind, tearing of product, holes punctured in products, braking of products etc.

Intellectual property notice

All rights to artwork remains sole property of Shehu Belo LTD, including after purchase.
This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and / or future reproductions of any kind.
The purchase of any items, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in anyway by means of profit and / or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in anyway without written consent from the artist.
Posting images of the items purchased on social media are very much welcomed and does not breach this clause.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All purchases are carefully and neatly packaged with relevant protection.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for UK and International deliveries, although we will endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as possible,
any postal service delays are no fault of our own, please be aware that we are not held responsible for any issues on their end.
All order will need to be signed for upon arrival.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that that some countries charge import taxes whilst others do not and that all customers are responsible for applicable custom duties / taxes within your region.
The customs agency will contact you by mall, telephone or email to pay these charges so that the shipment may continue to its destination.

Return Policy

Please note that we are responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not except cancellations.
In the unlikely event your order arrives in damaged condition, please inform us by email within 24 hours including photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
Items most be returned back within14 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Costumers are responsible for return shipping cost.
If a refund is desired in this scenario, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the cost of shipping will be recovered by the studio.

Shehu Belo Studio Ltd, is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by costumers.
If you require a change of address for a product delivery, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirection of the product.
Please inform us by our contact address on our page within 24 hours.

Carefully read through our product description completely.
We are not obligated to compensate customers who have not read and understood the information provided in the product description before purchasing.
